Not sure what kind of spider this is. I just snapped a picture before I smashed it with a paper towel and threw it away. I know it is a spider but looking at the picture it almost looks like it has 6 legs. Curious??

Hi. Your spider is one of the wolf spiders in the Lycosidae family. Perhaps male,and hey sometimes lose a leg or couple fighting with other spiders. These are not dangerous, just may stray indoors now and then.
