Looks like a member of the Filistatidae family. They are known as Crevice Weavers and usually have very thick and messy webs. The closest thing I could find was something in the genus Zaitunia. The only species I could find native to Turkey was Zaitunia kunti, though I couldn’t find any pictures of it online.
