Hi, looks like a running crab spider, Philodromidae family, might have lost a couple legs and rejuvenated with molting.
Alternative is a crab spider in the Thomisidae family,just unusual legs here.

Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 This is a Running Crab Spider (Philodromidae), Ebo evansae. (The legs are supposed to look like that.) Nice find!
