This is a male Wolf Spider. I think he’s Hogna carolinensis. They aren’t dangerous. He should be outdoors looking for a female his age. You can safely gently scoop him up and put him outside if you haven’t already.

I actually think its on of the Tigrosa spiders. Tigrosa georgicola or Tigrosa Helluo. Not enough grey and not enough hair to be Carolina wolf i think. But similar none the less, def outside spider that wont bother you.
