Was told it's a black widow. Picture is not great but you can see it's egg sacs as well.

I do not think this is a black widow. It is probably from the genus Steatoda, the False Widows, specifically Steatoda triangulosa, the Triangulate Cobweb Spider.
I don’t know what it is, I’m not sure it is even family Theridiidae. The egg sacs are weird. The spider has angulate projections and visible spinnerets. The webbing doesn’t look like Cobweavers’ cobwebs. The silk is too thick and white. I’m interested in what it is, It’s unusual.
I agree with S. triangulosa.
