This is a super fast spider, jumps as well. The two black bulbs in front we're larger than normal. . . My backyard is mainly a veggie and flower garden. . . Assuming it's not poisonous

Hey there fellow Idahoan! This is a lynx spider of some variety. Their name comes from their method of actively hunting down their prey. It’s an excellent thing to find in your garden, as it will consume pest insects. The enlarged pedipalps may indicate this one is a male. Lynx spiders do not possess medically significant venom. 🙂

Having done some more research, I’m almost certain this is Oxyopes scalaris, the Western Lynx Spider. Here’s a picture from BugGuide.net that shows one from almost the same perspective as yours:
