After researching for few hours, I'm pretty sure this is a black lace weaver (Amaurobius ferox), but I couldn't find out if it's poisonous/venomous, does it even bite? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 I agree this looks like a male Black Lace-weaver, Amaurobius ferox. Like most spiders they have venom and may bite in self defense, they’re not considered to be of medical significance. Everyone’s immune system is different though.
