I live in northeast Ohio. It is a warm evening and saw this in the ceiling about 930 pm. Wife is concerned it's a Brown Recluse. I know the picture isn't the best.

Hi. well,I am on a poor computer to say for certain this is not a recluse, the best feature for something like this is the 6 eyes in 3 pairs.
The general appearance though looks to be a running crab spider in th Philodromidae family.
