I'm 99.9 percent certain this is a Dark Fishing Spider. I found him/her in Humboldt, IA at Dakota City Park on concrete of the Dakota City Dam, right beside the River. It's the biggest spider, not in a zoo, that I've ever seen in my life. It really surprised me. It was a beautiful large spider, probably around 3 inches long.
