Looks kinda like a wolf spider? Found dead in my bedroom a few days after a live wolfie was caught in my house. Cause of death unknown, but probably starvation.

To be clear: my bedroom is technically in the basement, but the nice “finished” part of the basement. I frequently find roly-polies and occasionally cockroaches in my room, and the glue traps are full of camel crickets. Brown Recluse are a recurring problem in my house, but only rarely do we find other types of spiders. There’s not much for a spider this size to eat here, which is why I think it starved.
Does resemble a carolina wolf or possibly one of the Tigrosa’s
