Does anyone know the name of this spider? I found in on the window ledge above my kitchen sink. I want to make sure it’s not harmful to my cats.

This is a jumping spider, family Salticidae – harmless. I would guess Platycryptus undatus, the Tan Jumping Spider. Even if your cats play with it, it is highly unlikely to bite. The bites of most spiders are no worse than bee stings.
