We are these in our garden at 7,500’ hanging around yellow flowers like sunflowers and they eat flies and small bees.

That is a beautiful photo! I think it is a goldenrod crab spider.
I actually wonder if it might be a White-banded Crab Spider, Misumenoides formosipes, due to the opaque white band below the eyes.
Interesting. The next time Insee one I will look for the white stripe.
