Comments & ID Thoughts
Wolf Spider, maybe Tigrosa sp. I haven't tied to ID him yet. I found this handsome spider when I was digging a rock out of a field. It had recently rained and we've been in a drought. He jumped into the hole I dug and explored it thoroughly. He seemed to want either food or moisture. I didn't find out because my photography annoyed him into leaving early. I had just lost my macro lens, so I was chasing him too close with the whole cell phone. The good news is that a friend who likes spiders was there and got to see him.
