Any ideas as to species anyone? Many thanks.
Since my enquiry a colleague has suggested Yellow Crab spider (Female), Misumena vatia. Could this be a contender for correct ID?
I don’t think Misumena vatia because it doesn’t have those bumps on the abdomen. Maybe something like Thomisus onustus. I’m not familiar enough with the region to know if there’s anything else in the area that also might look like this though.
