This is an orb-weaver from Genus Araniella, sometimes known as a Cucumber Spider. Based on range, this one may be either Araniella displicata, the Six-spotted Orb-weaver, or Araniella proxima, a similar spider. A sharp photo of its dorsal markings might (depending on the specimen) help distinguish between these similar species.
