I think it is a yellow sac, she (no reason I think it is female, just been calling her she) has been hanging out under that bundled nest/leaf web for the last 2-3 days, just sitting like that non stop.
She just seems really big for a yellow sac, her body is probably half an inch long?
(It's hard to get a pic, the shrub is growing up outside my kitchen window, so the sink and a 12 inch window box have to be worked around, sorry it's not better.. the shrub in question is probably 8 feet off the ground at the point where the spider is.)
