Definitely Latrodectus (Widow Spiders), likely one of the species known in South Africa as “button spiders.” Species with a range in your area include Latrodectus cinctus (East Coast Button Spider), L. geometricus (Brown Widow, markings seem unlikely), L. indistinctus (West Coast Button Spider), L. karrooensis (Karroo Button Spider), L. renivulvatus (Inland Black Button Spider), L. rhodesiensis (Zimbabwe Button Spider), and L. umbukwane (Phinda Button Spider). I do not have access to images of all of these, but I think it is safe to call this a Widow Spider or Button Spider of Genus Latrodectus.
