Has been living in the very back of the mailbox for a while.

Oh, hi rozlyn! My guess for this is Steatoda nobilis, the Noble False Widow. It’s native to Macronesia but has been introduced to California, Europe, parts of South America, and parts of the Middle East.

I found a male of that species a while ago, so that would make sense if this is a female of the same. Neat!
