I think this is a 'Mouse spider' (Scotophaeus blackwalli)?
Spotted outside on our balcony around 9:30pm, it's been a warm day. Close to the house, and to a couple of well-frequented hummingbird feeders (sugar water is around). We also had a wasp nest on the balcony overhang that we were disposing of.
