I believe that’s a daddy long-legs also known as harvestmen

Helper-Harvestman

Yes – Harvestmen are not properly spiders, but related arachnids, found in Order Opiliones. They possess no venom and do not bite humans. 🙂

In S.E. Texas we call these Grandaddy Long Legs. They have poisonous toxin but their fangs are not sharp enough to puncture human skin. I played with them as a child

Ah, yes, the widespread but completely unfounded urban legend. Opiliones have neither venom glands nor fangs, yet inexplicably the legend persists.
