There were several of them inside a cell tower strobe. Several were dead 3 or 4 alive. I killed all the ones I saw that were alive because I had to stick my hands inside the lights and under wires. There was no web anywhere that I could see.

Hi, I can’t make out the details here as clearly as I’d like … tentatively this looks like a Ghost Spider (Anyphaenidae), Hibana sp.
