Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 This looks a Long-legged Sac Spider, Cheiracanthium mildei (the family is Eutichuridae). You can reduce the number of spiders you find in your home by sealing cracks around floors, doors, windows, foundation etc., vacuum everywhere and empty the canister outside.
Found dozens of these in my basement bedroom last few weeks and only one in a very small corner web. Can get a better picture if needed
Hi. about all I can make of this is a a ground spider in the Gnaphodidae family.
Those prominent tailpipes (spinnerets)give these away.
