Found one of these on my leg and think it but me. Left a little red mark that is slightly itchy. Is it a male black widow?

Indeed it is. The body shape, abdominal pattern, and large pedipalps all line up with that ID. It sounds as if you may have received a dry bite. Fortunately, only mature females possess the quantity of venom required to cause serious harm.
