Yes! She has been on it or beside it for the past few days. We just moved into our new home and she came with it lol I will post a pic of what I believe is her nest. And, thank you for identifying Bernadette. 🙂
Thanks for the links. We are about 10 to 12 minutes away from water – Lake Nippising being the largest body, then all sorts of smaller bodies and rivers. We are fasinated with her! Thanks again.

Do you live near water? The Dark Fishing Spider is the most likely of the Dolomedes species to be found away from water.
