Comments & ID Thoughts
Another one of these so so tiny spiders! I actually reached down to seat what I thought was a mosquito on my leg and just in time it started running up my leg and I saw the color!

This can only mean one thing: you’re going to get very rich very soon. These Linyphiidae are called Money Spiders, right? 🙂 )
Woo hoo! Lucky me! Thanks for the ID on my little friend. If it weren’t for his bright color I likely would have never seen him. And fast. Boy was he fast. Good thing I felt him crawling on my bare leg too so as to see him there. Now I wait for my fortune…
Now I’m imagining a gambler at a casino keeping his lucky spider in a little container in his pocket instead of his lucky dice. For extra luck, he takes it out and feeds it a fruit fly.
If you find money hanging in a spider’s web, we’ll know this works. 😀
I will be sure to post a pic of said riches!!
Yay! Unfortunately, the real world is calling me. Due to the COVID, I have suddenly become a 1st grade history and science teacher. I’m glad Vonpaulus is here to keep up with new submissions (and keep you entertained) in my absence. I see you added a profile picture! Looks nice!
Yeah I finally got around to figuring out how to add the profile stuff. Have fun imparting knowledge on the young. Your insights will be missed and longed for until your return!
Thank you! I’ll do my best. And I still plan to be on here now and then, maybe on the weekends. I’ll miss you too.
