This is an arachnid in class Arachnida > order Opiliones. Spiders are in class Arachnida > order Aranae. A visible difference is the number of body compartments (tagmata). Spiders have two with a tube (pedicel) between them. Opiliones have everything in one body segment. We aren’t familiar enough with Opiliones to give you a more specific answer about its taxonomy.
