Picture of unidentified spider

Comments & ID Thoughts

These are baby spiders, we caught a black widow there a couple weeks ago, and now we checked and found a bunch of baby spiders. The photo is magnified.. they are all about 1-3 mm in length including legs.. I wonder if these are black widow babies? Was found under the stone ledge over the pool.

The individual in the upper right is certainly a juvenile black widow.

Vonpaulus

The other two look like Anelosimus studiosus.

I hadn’t read about that one before. It’s really neat, especially how they have social and asocial populations with different behaviors.
