Saw this at work in West Palm Beach, FL. About the size of a quarter maybe slightly bigger. Sorry I couldn’t get closer I’m terrified of it. It appeared to have black thick legs and a brown body

Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 There’s not much to on here … tentatively if I’m seeing it right it looks like a Southern House Spider, Kukulcania hibernalis.
