Can someone please help me identify this spider? The black beetle is caught in its web & I believe there are eggs in the cream coloured sack beside the spider.
It’s right outside my back door so I’d like to know if it’s dangerous

That looks like a brown widow. I saw one myself yesterday. From what I’ve read on here, they are as toxic as black widows, but don’t inject as much venom. They are also pretty docile.
