Initial guess is orb weaver. It looks like the other insect (beetle?) has the spider between its jaws where the thorax and abdomen connect.

Hi, they’re both spiders. The one on the left looks like a Common House Spider (Parasteatoda tepidariorum). The one on the right looks like a Jumping Spider (Salticidae), Metacybra taeniola taeniola. I’m surprised the Jumper appears to the the victor here.
I didn’t even realize the right one was also a spider! You have a remarkably good eye! Thank you so much!
