Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 This looks like a Giant House Spider (Eratigena sp.).

There were some recent taxonomic changes in the genus so it might be a bit confusing with pages that haven’t caught up yet. 3 species were synonymized as Eratigena atrica, then after DNA testing were split back into 3 species (E. atrica, duellica & saeva). Yours is most likely E. duellica but saeva is a slight possibility and the two are very similar looking and can hybridize.
