Perhaps a fishing spider? Found with others submerged in a water feature on farm near Kingston Ontario.

This is a harvestman, not a spider.
Harvestmen are Arachnids, just like spiders, but their body is fused, whereas all other Arachnids have a segmented body. A spider’s body, for example, always consists of two segments: prosoma (“front body”) + opisthosoma (“rear body”). The proportion between “front body” and “rear body” can vary a lot, but you always can see two separate parts in a spider’s body.

Some harvestmen do look like daddy long legs. No wonder this English common name may refer both to spiders such as Pholcus phalangioides and harvestmen in general (Opiliones).
