I'm not sure, we just call them brown spiders. They hate light and I usually find them in dark, cool spaces but its warm now so they're coming out more.

Hi. your spider is a male cobweb spider, likely false lack widow, Steaoda grossa species.
Can’t make the pattern on the abdomen,but close. They are quite harmless, normal to spot them on the lam for females.
