She might be Araneus diadematus. It is a widespread species in the world. I have them in my yard in USA. If she is not this species she is still in the Araneus genus. A common name is Cross Orbweaver because of the way the spotted lines of markings on the dorsal surface cross each other. She is not dangerous to people. She makes an orb (circle) web to catch flying insects. Thank you for sharing your photo.
