This is a Long-jawed Orbweaver in family Tetragnathidae. Sorry I can’t be more specific, they are complicated to identify. He’s not aggressive and is unlikely to bite. They are one of the families of spiders that make a Classic concentric circles orb web. They also have long strand of silk that they climb on to move from place to place. I mostly find them in places where there are roosting mosquitoes.
Tetragnatha sp.; the males from this genus have impressive fangs, but they are not dangerous to humans 🙂

Thanks. We have them by the 100’s on Lake Erie, and midges/muffleheads/mayflies swarming by the billions to keep them happy.
