Hi. this looks to be a black lace web spider, Amorbius ferox species. Any pesticides would be worse than having a couple of these around. I would save the money.
If you have lots of them,you may have lots of bugs they are eating as well.
Exclusionary measures are best for keeping bugs and spiders out.
