Comments & ID Thoughts

For the last few weeks I keep spotting this kind of spiders in my basement, bathroom corners, bathtub and today I found it outside right outside my porch, looks likea rabid wolf spider to me, but this ones are thin... I live in north New Jersey, if somebody can tell me what kind of spider is this? And if they're some what venomous?
Thanks MH
