I live in the middle of Minnesota in the town Alexandria two years ago I was bitten by a brown recluse in my garage I spent two days in the ICU being treated for the bite I found this spider in my house today

Hi. Best I can say, this is nothing like a recluse and not the sort to cause any injury. I would also question who identified your recluse. They are not known in Mn. at all. A great many necrotic injuries are mis identified recluse bites. Having studied venomous arthropod bites and stings,I can only say nearly all spiders are venomous, and people have such varied reaction, there is no way to predict the outcome of any bite or sting.
