I could not find anything similar to this guy (or gal) online.

When standing it looks about the size of a 50 cent coin. The legs are very very long. I found it on the bark of a weeping willow tree. I tugged lightly at a couple of its legs with a stick and it just let them be moved with it. When I removed the stick its legs went back to their previous position. When I placed it on the ground it moved very quickly.
