Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 This looks like a male Plectreurys. They’re not considered to be of medical significance, everyone’s immune system is different though. I hope you have a speedy and uneventful recovery. And of course if you develop any symptoms you feel are cause for concern see a doctor.

Thank you for the information. Initially it was like a bee sting and swelled up in the bite area. A Witch hazel compress knocked the swelling down.
