Maybe a wolf spider? When I sprayed it, babies went everywhere!

Yes, she’s a Wolf Spider. The babies jump ship when they are startled. Hopefully she was able to reunite with them and resume the hunt for food. The mother carries them everywhere to protect them until they are too big. She doesn’t use a web to catch prey, so the kids have to come along “grocery shopping.”
