Assuming it's some type of widow. I have just never seen one with the white spot on upper back or a broken hourglass.

This is a black widow, as nature isn’t perfect often times the hour glass is more of a guide than a guarentee of the shape.
The white could be due to a few factors that i will not pretend to assume.
I would wager it is just leaving its adolescent stage and hasnt molted the final bit of its white striations, was injured at some point and has yet to molt it away or just an abnormality causing the white to stick around longer.
