Hi, this is Dysdera crocata, a Woodlouse Hunting Spider. Their fangs are specialized for hunting pillbugs, the flat oval bugs that live on rotting wood and curl into a ball if you touch them. They can only kinda poke people with their inward curved fangs and they do that when they get trapped against a human and they want to escape. It just leaves tiny little itchy spots if that happens, nothing to worry about. 🙂
