I’m going with, “The easy way to catch a spider.” The plastic obscures the clarity, but my best guess is: Grass Spider. There are many of them around in Autumn and they tend to come indoors accidentally. They use niches in the exterior of buildings as one of the places that they pointy part of their funnel webs stick into. The spider sits in the pointy part. The webs aren’t sticky, they are just difficult for insects to climb or jump out of before the spider can grab them.
