Can’t be certain, but I’ve never seen one quite like this before, and it appeared to have the same little ‘dimple’ looking marks on it’s back, as seen in a couple of these images. I knew it wasn’t a widow, but it seemed to have the starts of that same style of cryptic looking body, so I wanted to see exactly what it is and why I’m seeing it here, if it’s even supposed to be here at all.

Fair bet on Steatoda sp. I would think based on lack of defined pattern on the abdomen, perhaps S. bipunctata, which are commonly found in Nova Scotia.
