Found on a wall close to light but with no web around. I don't really know what it could since it doesn't have anything very particular that I could use to seearch.

This is a spider from the genus Scotophaeus. The spiders in this family (Gnaphosidae) don’t use webs for catching prey.
Thank you for your help :), what made you able to recognize it? The special spikes on the bottom of it’s abdomen?
Yes, that’s it! Those are not spikes, actually. They’re called spinnerets because they are silk-spinning organs. The anterior spinnerets of a Gnaphosid look like exhaust pipes, don’t they 🙂 ? Compare them with those of an Agelenid, for example. You will instantly realize the difference.
Yes they does look like exhaust pipe ^^, and I looked up Agelenid it is indeed very different. Thank you for your informations.
