Is this an Alopecosa kochi? It has strips on the legs and abdomen and is gold color. It looks to be about 1+ inches and the web is beautifully constructed. Would like to know anything about it (in clouding—is it poisonous? Thank you!

You can safely rule out Alopecosa sp. or any other Wolf Spider: they don’t make webs 🙂
This is a female Banded Garden Spider (Argiope trifasciata). The females in this genus are much bigger than males. These majestic orb weavers are harmless to humans.
