I have these spiders all around the outside of my home & I am getting concerned if they are dangerous. If any insight could be provided, I would really appreciate it!

This is Araneus diadematus, commonly known as the Cross Orb-weaver.
Orb-weavers are harmless to humans, but not to garden bugs 😉
