Orb spider. Female. White. No idea what she is. She had left her web on the outside of the garage door and was crawling along the trim. Disappeared shortly thereafter.

I think this might be either Araneus gemma or Araneus gemmoides.

Thanks! Yes, looks almost identical. She was quite large, a body nearly the size of a quarter. With legs extended almost a 50 cent piece. Her legs didn’t look quite as hairy but then I didn’t get a closeup. I’m hoping she’s left an egg sac nearby.
