No, she’s not dangerous at all. She’s an Orbweaver in genus Araneus. Here is a link the the listings of all Araneus species in the world from the World Spider Catalog https://wsc.nmbe.ch/genus/278 If you scroll down you will see horizontal grey bars for each species with the countries that are the major ranges.
